Neil Elijah is the President designate of our Industrial Asset Management business, and will be instrumental in leveraging emerging opportunities in the Outsourced Asset Maintenance market. In this role, he will be overseeing Operations & Maintenance of our Plant and Manufacturing facilities essentially in the Metals and Process industry space, as well as in the Telecom and Digital infrastructure space. Neil will be spearheading operations for Hofincons, Vedang, Trimax, Maxeed and Smart City businesses, for both India and the global markets. Neil comes with over 30 years of industry experience, and has worked with Tata Group, Nokia Siemens Networks, Viom Networks and later Forbes & Company. He brings with him a diverse expertise and during his time at Tata Steel, he was also responsible for setting up and leading their corporate strategy function and P/L operations. Neil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Business Director – EnerQ
Sanjay Gupta is the Business Director of EnerQ providing solution with energy space. He has substantial experience of more than 29 years in field of Energy, Power and Infrastructure for both Development projects and also for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. He has been handling various Government & Private clients in both these spaces. His experience ranges from handling Power project – coal based, gas based, hydro, wind, solar, T&D projects, roads & highways, airports, sea jetties, buildings, irrigation projects, cross country pipe lines, SEZs etc.
Previously, he has worked with NTPC in the areas of Project Erection & Commissioning, Design Engineering, Contracts Management and Strategy & Corporate Planning at the apex level. He subsequently, moved to Lanco Infratech where he worked in the areas of Project Planning & Monitoring and was subsequently handling Business Development & Strategy for its EPC business. Sanjay is a Mechanical Engineer from JMI-Delhi, did his Post Graduate in Management & Systems from IIT-Delhi and subsequently persuaded his Masters in Energy Systems & the Environment from University of StrathClyde, Glasgow, UK as a Chevening scholar.
